  1. The issues Obama is facing while he takes office is one, the falling economy. This could not be worse of a time to begin a new leadership of president. The economy is in trobule and is even expected to fall even more during this upcoming year. Obama is planning to help the economy by spending about 800 billion dollars for infastructure, green projects, updating information technology in health care, and tax breaks for the middle class. Democratic leaders and Congressman are worried by the outcome of Obama's plans. They believe their is going to be too much money spent. These opinions lead Obama to hold a sudden meeting with his economic advisors at capital hill. Republicans also agree something needs to be done. They also think the amount of money should not be spent. Obama should take action in another financial plan. If so many political leaders are against his current plan, wouldn't it be logical to rethink it?

  2. Obama is facing many issues as he takes office. Some of the issues are the economy, terrorism, reducing our dependence on fossil fules, and making our planet more green. He says it will take a while to solve all of these problems and that it will take a lot of work. He says to help our economy, he will tax people more that make over $200,000 a year. People are woried about how he is going to fix all of these problems because there is so much to do. People are worried how he is going to approach all of these issues and crises.

  3. As he takes office, Obama will be facing many issues in our country. The economy is not doing well due to the Dow and NASDAQ going down and down. Also the education needs his help too. He says this will take a long time, but will be solved eventually. He will tax more those who makes over $200,000 a year. Things like this are concerning people everywhere, and many people are waiting to see how he will do. -8B10
